Tomato and Corn...

This is one of the easiest side dishes you could have with your continental lunch. All you need is..

100 gms baby corn
4 whole large tomatoes
A generous dollop of butter

Heat the butter in the non-stick pan. Now place the sliced tomatoes on it and spinkle some salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Avoid stirring the tomatoes as they might break off their skin and form a lump. When you want the other side to be fried, gently turn them over. When the pieces have shrunk in size, keep them aside.
Refill the pan with another spoon of butter and add the chopped baby corns. Saute it for about ten mins and cover it till they are a little tender. You could stick a fork to check if they are cooked. To it gently add the tomatoes.

Serving Suggestion:
Perfect with garlic bread! enjoy!!
